There are no 'steps'. No process to go through, goals to attain, or good deeds to do. You are doing what is needed simply by living your life. As you might think, how that life is conducted is crucial. Make the wrong choices and it will take longer to reach the ultimate, and no other can do it for you. Your choices.... Not what others tell you.
Service to mankind will happen as a part of that. Like Christ, right? It's not that hard is it?
