'Self realisation' is a misnomer. Self has no place anywhere at all. Self, must be selfless....
The article states a way to 'achieve' this 'thing'. Meditation? A mortal ritual aimed at furthering ones desires...

I like to think of Kundalini as wild and unbridled. That’s why it is symbolized by fire. If you’ve ever watched a roaring fire, it’s seems to have no rhyme or reason for its movement. It flails about in wild, ecstatic motions. It is intensely beautiful and very powerful, and yet it can be extremely destructive.

The tongues of fire above the apostles were calm. The burning bush was calm. It was for a specific purpose. Only 'kundalini' as created by the mind is so purposeless. Such is the havoc it can cause to one who tries to control it. You see, it's purely mental when 'raised' by an individual, so mental stress is a hazard.
Of course, some are equipped, but it's only ego. Isn't that why they take a title, dress up, and make themself important. Tell you how to live, eat, breathe? The opposite of Christ in fact. How can Kundalini as suggested in the article be related in any way when it outright conflicts?

True Kundalini is God. Now tell me anybody has control over God in the slightest degree.... The ego might, but that's just the ego.......
