So which is it??? I think 'attempt' is the operative word here....

Unblocking a chakra is not the same as balancing it, and "a more balanced way" is not neccessarily balanced. It only means closer to a balanced state, which can still be far off.
While balancing your chakras will benefit you, it is an ongoing practice. Are you sure you know what is the right state to be?
Blockages are ingrained into your being, and removal is not such a simple operation.

A 'Spiritual Guru', a 'healer'. They may help you out, but unless they point out where the problems are coming from, you will slip back to where you were.

The real way forward, is to live in as balanced a way as possible. Factors in your make-up can make this an opposition to who you are. This requires a conscious decision, and it's not easy.
