Signs of a Kundalini Rising Empty Signs of a Kundalini Rising

"Kundalini Shakti’s efforts to improve her status"
    This line is found insulting.

"With correct guidance, an experiencer can properly support Kundalini Shakti’s efforts for spiritual advancement, and progress can be safely improved,"
The guru is within. No external guidance required.
The comment also assumes 'Shakti' is in a state of muddle and lack of control over the outcome. Simply, the article is not knowledgeable of it's subject matter to the greatest degree..

Signs of a Kundalini Rising Empty Re: Signs of a Kundalini Rising

A pain in the chest may be a heart issue, then again, it may be muscular...

Take no notice of the usual lists of basic signs that seemingly every person, including their dog seems to manifest. There are others that are never brought up. You will eventually know if it's your time or not. It starts at the bottom. No exceptions.
If you are smoking, or using drugs etc, you will not proceed until all effects of such are removed. You will not experience Kundalini effects at large, during such time.
Kundalini requires a basically, pure body to work in, and all negative activities will forcibly cease without your consent. It is outside your control, and how virtuous, or selfless you consider yourself to be has no effect. Divine instilled selflessness comes from within. It is not a conscious decision.
Having said that, conscious effort to be selfless should always be in your mind. It will benefit you. Where you are doing it to try help trigger a Kundalini, or anything else, is no longer selfless. It is a means to an end and does not carry the same significance.

What I'm trying to say, is that you will find references to 'doing good deeds' as a requirement of meeting spiritual targets. Or even having the intention of doing such. It doesn't work so simply. Don't fall for it.x
